If I were an MP, I would not vote for the French proposal. It is unacceptable to us. I have no objection to the Bulgarians entering the Constitution, but the Bulgarian Assembly to pass an official declaration recognizing the Macedonian people, culture and language and will once and for all give up territorial aspirations towards Macedonia, said Mayor of Kumanovo Maksim Dimitrievski in an interview with TV24.
“Europe should discipline them. We know how Bulgaria and Romania entered the EU – they did not meet the conditions, it was a political decision. Today they are the most problematic in the EU. Therefore, the EU must not be silent and should discipline the members who do not respect European values,” said Dimitrievski.
The Kumanovo mayor pointed out that the Macedonians were always on the right side of history.
