Macedonian Interior Minister Oliver Spasovski said that no political party can appropriate the character of Goce Delchev. He reassures that the citizens can be sure about the celebration of Delchev birth anniversary on February 4.
“No political party can appropriate a historical character – Goce Delchev is a giant of the Macedonian people! Citizens can be sure – we will not allow insults and the organization of humiliation of the Macedonian state and the Macedonian people. With a peaceful and dignified celebration, we will show the world that we know how to preserve stability and with special respect we know how to celebrate days that are particularly important for our history,” said Minister Spasovski.
