Macedonian Prime Minister Hristijan Mickoski during his official visit to Türkiye on Friday accompanied by a government delegation for a business forum in Istanbul invited Turkish investors to become part of Macedonia’s development story.

“Macedonia and Türkiye have traditionally fostered friendly relations built on trust, respect and strong ties between peoples, and it is precisely these relations that represent a solid foundation for deepening economic cooperation and new investments,” Mickoski stressed in his address to the forum.

The Macedonian PM points out that Macedonia is today positioning itself as a stable and competitive business destination, with a strategic geographical position, a favorable investment climate, modern industrial zones and access to regional and European markets.

“Turkish companies, by investing in Macedonia, gain the opportunity to become part of European supply chains and expand their presence in wider markets. I emphasized that our goal is to build long-term partnerships that will create new jobs, greater economic growth and shared success. I invited Turkish investors to be part of the development story of Macedonia, a country that has a clear vision for the future, an open door for new investments and a strong commitment to economic development,” PM Mickoski added.
