Macedonian Prime Minister Hristijan Mickoski at the session in Parliament on Thursday, in response to a question from opposition leader Venko Filipche, said that the reason why the citizens are planning to leave Macedonia is not a lack of perspective, but a distrust in justice and institutions, because as he said, they see Filipche and former SDSM officials enjoying the Serbian folk singer Haris Dzinovic in Dubai and on yachts, instead of finding themselves behind bars and facing charges.

“You say that one in three citizens plans to leave Macedonia, but do you know why? Because they see you in Dubai enjoying Haris Dzinovic, and you are not in prison. Because they see former officials enjoying themselves on yachts there, and they are not in prison and have to give an answer as to why they are there. That is why people are disappointed when they see you laughing behind bars, then they will be happy and satisfied because justice has come,” said Mickoski.

“I admit that I am guilty, that two years have passed, and you are still enjoying yourselves on yachts in Paliouri, instead of somewhere else. I admit that I am guilty. But I also look you in the eye and promise you that we will no longer disappoint Macedonian citizens as former officials enjoying themselves on yachts and in the melody of Haris Dzinovic. That is the wish of the people,” added PM Mickoski.
