Leader of the main opposition party SDSM Venko Filipche announced that the MP group of the Social Democrats is preparing 10,000 amendments to the Electoral Code.
“Citizens will see what a criminal law looks like soon. We will not allow electoral theft. 10,000 amendments ready,” Filipche said in a social media post.
The Macedonian Parliament determined Monday the need to adopt the Electoral Codeviafast-track procedure.
SDSM and Levicaopposition parties announced that they would boycott the Electoral Code because, in their opinion, it must be adopted by consensus, and certain points of it are also controversial.
