The 46th March for Angels was held in Kochani. The parents and close relatives of some of the Pulse nightclub fire victims said that what they have seen in the courtroom these days – arguments, provocations and attempts to divert attention from the essence, has not discouraged them, but rather is an additional motivation for them to demand justice even more loudly.
“Instead of justice before the law, is it necessary to involve foreign organizations and Strasbourg? At the last hearing, we did not see a fight for the truth, but we saw how easily rebellion, reaction and protection of the accused from the truth can be allowed in the courtroom, the center of attention. Will this be applied even after the accused present their evidence and will the court allow us, the injured parties, to be distracted from the essence and their thesis? Here we ask publicly. The injured parties’ leaving the courtroom is a support for prosecutor Natasha Saramandova and the entire prosecution that is leading this case. We will not give up and continue to follow every moment and injustice and we will fight until the very last moment for the truth,” said Aleksandar Naunov, father of Nadica Naunova.
