Forty-one project proposals comprise the First Final Priority List of Public Investment Project Proposals up to five million euros, which was adopted by the Macedonian Government at the proposal of the Ministry of Finance and the Public Investment Committee.

The list contains project proposal ideas prepared and reviewed by the initiator, i.e. the institution that submitted them, and then assessed by the Ministry of Finance and approved by the Public Investment Committee.

The list includes projects in the areas of infrastructure, education, healthcare, energy, digitalization, as well as projects in the areas of agriculture and water management.

The first final priority list, which has been adopted, will be a key basis for defining new capital investments in the 2027 budget process, as well as in the investment programs of public enterprises and state-owned joint-stock companies, which means that institutions should comply with this list in their future investment planning.
