The Macedonian Ministry of Interior (MoI) informs that traffic at the Tabanovce border crossing is proceeding without major delays.
In the past period, increased delays were registered due to the handling of vehicles with foreign license plates for which the ‘Safe City’ system has recorded traffic violations.
Additionally, the ‘Safe City’ mobile application has been put into operation, which at this stage is intended for foreign citizens. Through the application, they can obtain information about recorded violations and issued payment orders, as well as pay fines electronically.
The introduction of the application facilitates and accelerates the procedure for regulating traffic violations, which contributed to the normalization of traffic and the reduction of delays at the Tabanovce border crossing.
