Kumanovo has received five specialized municipal hygiene vehicles, donated by the Government. Very soon new electric buses will be donated as well, said Macedonian Deputy Prime Minister and Transport Minister AleksandarNikoloski on Monday, while attending a handover ceremony in Kumanovo with Kumanovo Mayor MaksimDimitrievski.
He added that the Municipality of Kumanovo is also supported through two calls for support for municipalities, in the first with 242 million denars, and in the second with 328 million denars.
“Up to a million euros are also being invested through the budget of the Ministry of Transport, which are directed to projects such as the construction of a bridge, the construction of a chapel, as well as the construction of local streets with a project from the World Bank,” the minister added.
Deputy PM Nikoloski also announced that electric buses will arrive in Kumanovo in the coming period.
