Believe in our homeland. Not because it’s perfect. But because it is ours and because we can make it better. Not because we do not have problems. But because we have the strength to solve them. Not because history has promised us victory. But because we are ready to deserve it, Macedonian Prime Minister HristijanMickoskisaid Tuesday at the ceremony under the motto “A New Day Has Dawned!”, which is being held on the plateau in front of the Government.
Today, 35 years later, the PM, let’s not only look back at the path we have taken, but forward to a country that we have yet to build – a stronger, united, dignified country in which our children will stay, create and dream, and in which every person will know that this is their home.
PMMickoski referred to the results achieved and the missed opportunities and emphasized that our national ambition in the next thirty-five years must not be just to survive.
“Now is high time for the people who have learned to survive, to learn and to win, to create knowledge, strong institutions, opportunities for the youth and a state in which hard work, honesty and ability will be the true values,” Prime Minister Mickoski pointed out.
