VMRO-DPMNE leader Hristijan Mickoski accused the government for its poor approach in the fight against the COVID-19 pandemic.
According to Mickoski, for the Government of Zaev, France and Germany who took more intensive measures and protocols for prevention of COVID-19 infection are ‘making a mistake and are retrograde, because our government is not doing anything to save lives’.
“People with chronic illnesses still have to go to work, so if the coronavirus doesn’t kill them, there’s the polluted air which after 4 years of Zaev’s government is still not alpine clean, as he promised. There is no air. The only message of Zaev is not to panic in a situation when we have numbers that show disaster. 862 newly infected and 14 dead patients. What did the government do? The government is not doing anything, it is a parade, it is dealing with the opposition, it is drowning in its incompetence,” Mickoski wrote on Facebook.
