Deputy Prime Minister Arben Fetai doesn’t show up for work or Government sessions, Macedonian Minister of Health Azir Aliu said in an interview with the national broadcaster MRT1.
The health minister confirmed in the interview that he hadn’t talked to his colleague Deputy Prime Minister for Good Governance and Transparency Policies Arben Fetai recently because “he is not here and does not come to Government sessions”, but said that his absence was not due to health issues.
When asked why he does not come to Government sessions, Aliu said that he did not know and that he had not been informed about the reasons.
Inister Aliu stressed that there were disagreements between Arben Fetai regarding the policies of VLEN and the Government, but that they were resolved within the coalition and that “everyone needs to bring energy, knowledge and change to politics, and when someone does not feel part of a group, then it is legitimate to go their own ways.”
