The Central Assembly of the Besa Movement approved by a majority vote the decision to dissolve the Central Presidency of the Besa Movement, in continuation of the process initiated to merge with VLEN into a single entity, the Besa Movement leader Bilal Kasami said in a social media post Friday.
On this occasion, the assembly authorized party leader Bilal Kasami to continue talks on the future of VLEN, supporting the merger into a single entity, with a solution that respects the principle of justice and listens to the voice and will of the voters of VLEN and all Albanians.
“The members of the assembly supported my statement that Besa has the capacity for much more work than has been done so far. The analysis of the work of the functionaries will continue in the coming days, while the findings will be reflected in the future reconstruction of the Government. The Besa Movement believes that positions in the Government are a means for our best and most efficient service to all citizens, and especially to Albanians, and all future decisions will be based on this principle,” Kasami pointed out.
