The Macedonian Embassy to the United Arab Emirates (UAE) has notified Macedonian nationals currently staying in the country that another evacuation flight en route Dubai-Skopje will be realized on Tuesday.Flights from Sharm el-Sheikh and Riyadh were also organized earlier.
As in previous cases, the plane landed at Skopje International Airport Tuesday afternoon. A total of 147 passengers were reported, of which 119 are Macedonian nationals and 28 are foreigners.
“With the implementation of today’s flight, the total number of evacuated Macedonian nationals will reach 605,” the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade (MFAFT) said in a press release.
