The debacle of the protest organized by the opposition party SDSM and the Federation of Trade Unions (SSM) proved who really thinks and helps the citizens, said VMRO-DPMNE MP BranePetrushevski on Tuesday.
“The so-called trade union protest organized by SSM, and technically and logistically by SDS, was not supported by the citizens because it is clear to everyone that this is just a desperate attempt to save SDS and politically profile the trade union leader. The protest on Saturday, which was organized by SDSM cadres dressed in trade union T-shirts, suffered a debacle and further delegitimizes SSM,” the ruling party MP added.
Petrushevski accused that neither the largest opposition party, nor the union and its leader Slobodan Trendafilov are interested in advancing workers’ rights, but are only interested in achieving their personal goals and interests.
