ESM has filed an appeal against the rejected complaint in the “Mazut” case, Let’s wait for the High Public Prosecutor’s Office (PPO) to decide, Prime Minister Hristijan Mickoski said Thursday in response to a reporter’s question.
“ESM has already filed an appeal against the scandalous decision of the Basic Public Prosecutor’s Office for Prosecuting Organized Crime and we expect the High Public Prosecutor’s Office to properly review all the facts and decide according to what is contained in the appeal,” the PM said.
“Let’s wait for the High Public Prosecutor’s Office to decide, and then we can comment,” PM Mickoski added.
