ESM Heat Supply Company has issued a final reminder to Skopje residents connected to the central heating system to complete all necessary preparations for the upcoming 2026/2027 heating season, which is officially scheduled to begin October 15.
The company reminds consumers that the regular maintenance of internal heating installations is their responsibility and that any completed work must be reported immediately to the Customer Care Center.
To ensure the uninterrupted delivery of thermal energy, it is essential to provide authorized personnel with access to the heating substations and to ensure a steady supply of electricity to them.
ESM urges homeowners’ associations to settle electricity bills for the substations on time and to verify the condition of the electrical installations.
Although the official start of the heating season is October 15, heating services may begin earlier if weather conditions require it.
