AD ESM has not yet received the decision from the Basic Public Prosecutor’s Office for Prosecutng Organized Crime and Corruption (PPO OCC) regarding the suspects of a serious crime – fuel oil procurement for TPP Negotino.
The prosecution announced Tuesday that the investigation into fuel oil procurement for TPP Negotino during the energy crisis has been halted, as the allegations in the criminal complaint have not been confirmed. Accordingly, the owner of RKM Ratko Kapushevski (former director), Ismail Jahoski owner of Pucko Petrol (son of MP Jahoski from the ranks of DUI), fugitive Vasko Kovachevski from SDSM and other suspects have been released from criminal prosecution.
ESM’s legal team announces an appropriate appeal, immediately after officially receiving the decision.
