For years, VenkoFilipche and the government led by his SDSM have been receiving reports from state institutions that the water in Gostivar is not suitable for drinking, and they have been hiding it and not taking any measures to deal with the issue, said president of the VMRO-DPMNE Central Committee Martin Andonovski on Monday.
“This issue in Gostivar is not from today, but from decades of neglect by local authorities. Filipche and SDS should have solved the water problem now that they have a mayor they openly supported in Gostivar, as well as cadres who lead local institutions, and not politicized it,” said Andonovski.
According to the ruling party representative, the authorities in which SDSM and DUI participated should have immediately and the party should have taken measures to overcome the situation in the city, but they have proven incapable.
