There is great commitment in both the Macedonian and the British Government regarding the strategic partnership agreement, which will enable the realization of key infrastructure projects, as well as trust between business communities. The close economic ties are accompanied with growth in overall trade, as well as British investments in N. Macedonia, said speakers at an event Wednesday marking the third anniversary of the establishment of the British Business Association (BBA) in the country.
“British investments have a special significance because they do not only mean financial capital. They bring new technologies, higher standards in operation, development of human capital, opening of quality jobs and creation of new value in the economy,” noted the minister.
Dimitrieska-Kochoska pointed to the signing of the Strategic Partnership between the UK and the Republic of Macedonia, stating that it’s a significant contribution to raising cooperation between the two countries to a new, higher level and a signal of the UK’s long-term commitment to further deepening political, economic and trade relations between the two countries.
