The fire that broke out in the Gazi Baba forest park has been brought under control, the director of the Crisis Management Center (CMC), Muhamed Ali said Sunday.
According to the CMC head, immediately after the fire was reported, the CMC contacted and coordinated with the competent institutions, while the Fire Brigade of the City of Skopje intervened on the ground.
Ali informed that he was present at the scene to coordinate activities and monitor the situation.
As the CMC head points out, the situation is gradually stabilizing, and the competent services will remain on the ground until the fire is completely extinguished.
