LencheRistoska, a former prosecutor from the corrupt Special Public Prosecutor’s Office (SPO), publicly admitted during an interview with TV 24 Wednesday evening that she and another coworker at the time had access to the safes where the illegally wiretapped materials were being kept.

In the latest episode of TV 24’s Analysis show, journalist DushicaMrdja asked Ristoska: “Is it true that you were constantly present in Kocevski’s office and operated from there? Is it true that you held keys to various safes where materials from the wiretapped conversations were stored?”

Ristoska replied that she and her colleague ElizabetaJosifovska had access to the safes where the illegally wiretapped materials were kept at the time. She stated that the SPO possessed a high level of integrity, and, to enhance that integrity even further, they had divided up the keys and codes required to access those safes. This is exactly what Ristoska said:

“Together with my colleague ElizabetaJosifovska, I am responsible for keeping the keys to the safes containing the illegally wiretapped materials, in order to enhance the integrity of the process. These are complex safes that cannot be opened without both the code and the key; we divided the access, Elizabeta held the code, and I held the key.”
