Letter of intent signed for France, Finland and Sweden to join NATO’s flight training initiative

Macedonian Minister of Defense VladoMisajlovski announced that, within the framework of the NATO Summit in Ankara, he participated in the Defense Industry Forum, which was attended by representatives of NATO member states and partners, as well as representatives from the defense industry.

According to Misajlovski’s announcement, the focus of the Forum was on innovation, the development of the defense industry, and the promotion of cooperation for joint procurement, with the aim of strengthening collective security.

The defense minister informed that a ceremony was held as part of the NATO Defense Industrial Forum at which a joint letter of intent was signed for the joining of France, Finland and Sweden to multinational cooperation within the framework of the NATO Flight Training Europe (NFTE) initiative.

“These initiatives and discussions confirm the strong Allied commitment to further deepening cooperation, developing joint capabilities, and addressing contemporary security challenges,”Minister Misajlovski said in his press release.
