Macedonian Prime Minister Hristijan Mickoski responded to media questions at the opening of the “October 11” cultural center in the Chento settlement in the Municipality of Gazi Baba,

“Within the Budget’s capabilities, this year we need to repay two and a half billion euros in old debts incurred by the previous government. The so-called Solidarity Tax is currently being paid, the first installment worth 1.5 billion, which is 250 million euros from the previous government,” Mickoski noted.

The PM emphasized that all obligations and unfinished work from the previous government were currently being serviced and that this was a fact.

“We as a Government must complete this because, unlike the previous government led by SDSM and DUI, this Government cares about the citizens and cares for Macedonia as a country,” PM Mickoski pointed out.
