The leader of the only political party of Macedonians in Albania will present a resolution on the protection and promotion of the rights of the Macedonian minority in Albania. Vasil Sterjovski, leader of the Macedonian Alliance for European Integration (MAEI), will explain the proposed resolution to the delegates of the General Assembly of the European Free Alliance (EFA), which will be held in Gandia, Spain.
MAEI says that the party’s participation in the EFA General Assembly represents a significant opportunity to affirm the issues and challenges facing the Macedonian national minority in Albania before the European public and institutions.
The Macedonian Alliance for European Integration became a full member of EFA in 2024.
EFA is a European political party that unites and represents regional, autonomous and minority political parties in Europe and is represented in the European Parliament.
