The Ministry of Interior (MoI) announced that there will be a linear wage increase for the ministry’s employees.
“In line with the published new data on the minimum wage, the Ministry of Interior has implemented a linear increase in the salary for employees in the Ministry of Interior in the gross amount of MKD 2470, starting with the payment of salaries for the month of March 2026,” the Ministry of Interior informed on Tuesday.
“In the coming period, with the implementation of the new Law on Interior, the possibility of additional wage increases for employees in the Ministry of Interior will be considered.
The Ministry of Interior continues to improve the working conditions and standards of the Macedonian police, the Ministry of Interior says, and with it the overall security of the country and citizens,” added the MoI.
