The EUR 2,000 bribe that Stefan Bogoev took from Dzemo is just the beginning of the affair at Customs worth MKD 18 million. According to information received from whistleblowers, Bogoev negotiated the tender worth MKD 18 million with Dzemo via Viber, and EUR 2,000 were the first of many payments that Bogoev was supposed to receive as a reward from Dzemo, VMRO-DPMNE MP Brane Petrusevski told the media.
“The Public Prosecutor’s Office (PPO) must investigate whether the information we have received that Bogoev should have received 10 percent of the rigged tender, i.e. MKD 1.8 million, is correct? Both SDS and Filipche are silent and do not distance themselves from the criminal affairs of their members. One day he is Bogoev, one day he is a former mayor of a municipality, the next day he is a member of the SDS Executive Board, then entire families, brothers, cousins, clans. No condemnation from Filipche and SDS. How much money did Bogoev have to take for Filipche to consider this a crime? Maybe 20% like Filipche takes for the modular? Petrushevski believes that citizens must see the SDSM’s way of governing so that it never happens again.
