Asked how far the Skopje-Blace motorway project has progressed, Macedonian Prime Minister Hristijan Mickoski told reporters Friday that the entire procedure has been successfully completed. The official contract will be signed on Monday, added Mickoski.
“This topic has been discussed in public for decades. The entire procedure has been successfully completed. The official contract will be signed on Monday,” PM Mickoski said.
The contractor has been selected and work on the section is expected to begin this month.
“This negative legacy from the past is also being resolved. We have encountered thousands of problems, but we are solving them one by one. We have finally solved one of those priorities, these 8 kilometers will finally be completed,” PM Mickoski added.
