Members of the Ministry of Interior are actively searching for the unknown assailant, who in broad daylight on Monday set fire to vehicles at the Bulgarian Embassy in the center of Skopje, Vecher.mk reports.
The young man, according to information on the newswebsite, poured on and set fire to a Suzuki Vitara vehicle, and the fire also spread to the neighboring vehicle, owned by the Embassy of the Republic of Bulgaria in Macedonia, after which he fled the scene.
The fire was quickly extinguished by the Embassy’s security and safety staff.
Police teams are securing the area around the Bulgarian Embassy in the center of Skopje, while other police units and security agencies are in pursuit of the arsonist.
