The trial of the nine police officers charged in connection with the tragedy at the Kochani Pulse nightclub, who are accused of failing to fulfill their official duties to issue a permit for the discotheque to obtain a license, has been postponed to June 1st in order for the defense to be able to provide and carry out evidence.
The Public Prosecutor’s Office – OCC is charging all nine with abuse of office for failing to take official actions and necessary checks from the aspect of public safety and traffic solutions, which were necessary from the aspect of securing an approval – a license to operate the Pulse nightclub in Kochani.
