With continuous growth in sales on the domestic market and further strengthening of its position in Macedonia, the pharmaceutical company Replek AD Skopje in the first six months of 2026 achieved total sales revenues in the pharmacy segment of EUR 13.9 million. Revenues generated on the domestic market recorded a growth of 24 percent compared to the same period last year, with sales of EUR 4.8 million, which is the strongest driver of results in the first half of this year.
Of the total sales revenues generated in the first half of 2026, 9.1 million euros were realized on export markets, while the share of the domestic market increased to 35 percent, which confirms the growing role of the domestic segment in the company’s revenue structure.
“The continued growth of the domestic market is a clear confirmation that our portfolio development strategy, investments in new products and commitment to patients and partners in the country are delivering concrete results. We are particularly encouraged by the fact that the growth of the domestic market intensified during the second quarter, and this trend continues, which represents a strong foundation for further development of the company. At the same time, we remain fully committed to our international strategy and to further strengthening our presence in foreign markets,” said Replek CEO Dushan Pecovski.
