The Skopje police in the area of the Centar Municipality arrested on Sunday evening S.A. (34) and I.H. (39), both from Skopje, due to grounds for suspicion for causing general danger.
“The persons are suspected of having caused a fire in an abandoned building on Blvd. “Makedonija” in Skopje on July 5, 2026 at approx. 4 p.m. in which one firefighter was injured and two fire engines were damaged,” said the Macedonian Ministry of Interior (MoI).
Measures are being taken to fully solve the case, after which an appropriate report will be forwarded to the Prosecutor’s Office.
