With the law that scrapped the caretaker government, but not for the upcoming elections, but for those after, SDSM is absolutely not damaged as a party, because in the upcoming parliamentary elections, the caretaker government will be made up of by people who will be proposed by SDSM, VMRO-DPMNE MP Dafina Stojanoska said in an interview with TV 24.
“There will be no caretaker government for the elections after the upcoming. After all, we also have an assessment from Brussels about that – that with the last local elections we proved that the country is democratically mature, there were no objections and that we can finally get out of that solution with a caretaker government,” said MP Stojanoska.
The MP added that SDSM, instead of negotiating and reaching a common solution, is excluding itself from the negotiating table, emphasizing that there’s no argument that anyone is excluding it from the processes.
“The opposition party excluded itself from the invitation to the second leaders’ meeting, so it absolutely has no argument that anyone is excluding it from the processes,” added MP Stojanoska.
