Starting January 1, we expect budget funds for higher wages in the Army. I expect a revised text of the Collective Agreement with all unions next week. Every soldier who completes 45 years will have the opportunity to remain in the Ministry of Defense, to move in another institution in the country or to receive severance pay, Macedonian Defense Minister Vlado Misajlovski aid in an interview with Kanal 5 TV.
The defense minister pointed out that all the systems being purchased, all the procurement, modernization, as well as training, drills, exercises “are conducted at a grand level, shoulder-to-shoulder with all NATO members.”
As regards employee standard, Minister Misajlovski announced higher wages set for early next year and a permanent solution for the status of professional soldiers.
