The embodiment of crime, the head of the corruption octopus and the shadow leader of SDS Zoran Zaev has defended his crime, which in recent days has been seized in the form of drugs from his hometown Strumica, VMRO-DPMNE said after the former PM and SDSM leader announced lawsuits against the ruling party.
The VMRO-DPMNE reiterated its position that the case with the seized cannabis is related to companies and people close to Zaev.
“Over 20 tons of drugs were exported by the company CBD Medplant alone, owned by Hristijan Kotev, son of Toni Kotev, head of SDSM’s branch in Novo Selo during Zaev’s time. Zaev and Venko gave licenses to these people, and we see how that ended. Zaev is the father of the cannabis business. So let him say whether his family and people close to him are involved in that business? Why is he lying publicly?,” said VMRO-DPMNE in a press release.
VMRO-DPMNE also says that Zaev’s reaction is due to him being afraid of accountability.
“Moreover, there are testimonies from his acquaintances and associates who publicly claim that he built skyscrapers in Dubai. Zaev should publicly state on what basis and how he obtained a golden visa in Dubai? It has been confirmed that Zaev has confirmed that he still leads the SDS, and Venko is his front. There will be accountability and justice,” VMRO-DPMNE added.
