The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade said that a total of 473 Macedonian nationals had contacted diplomatic and consular missions of the Republic of N. Macedonia in Tel Aviv, Doha and Abu Dhabi since the beginning of the conflict to date. Nineteen nationals have reported from Israel, 106 from Qatar, while 348 citizens have contacted the Abu Dhabi embassy. This number also includes 18 Macedonians in Kuwait, as well as 12 in Bahrain.
According to information received from the competent authorities, evacuation by land is not yet recommended for citizens who are in Qatar and the United Arab Emirates. The evacuation will be initiated at the first safe opportunity, and the possibilities for their safe extraction are already being considered as soon as appropriate conditions are created.
Regarding the Macedonian nationals who are stranded in Tel Aviv, the Ministry is actively considering possible alternatives for their safe evacuation from the country.
