A spectacular concert by world music star David Guetta at Skopje’s Todor Proseski National Arena rounded off the celebration of the 35th anniversary of Macedonia’s independence Tuesday evening.

In front of around 50,000 people, Guetta staged the Monolith Stadium Show, accompanied by lighting effects, pyrotechnics and impressive visual elements.

This audio-visual spectacle is recognizable for its massive scenography in the form of a monolith and state-of-the-art lighting effects. During 2026, the tour culminated with several historic performances in European stadiums: Stade de France (Paris) where Guetta performed three consecutive sold-out concerts on 11, 12 and 13 June 2026 in front of almost 100,000 people per night, which were also the first solo concerts of his career at this stadium. In addition to Paris, the tour also included stadiums such as the Stade Vélodrome in Marseille and the Todor Proeski National Arena in Skopje (8 September 2026), as well as large open spaces such as the San Siro Hippodrome in Milan.

The evening began with performances by SEMPRE and DJ Nikifor, who raised the atmosphere and prepared the audience for the main part of the program.
