The fire that destroyed over 20 shops in the Skopje neighborhood of Shuto Orizari was an act of arson. This is confirmed by surveillance camera footage obtained by the Roma Press news agency.
The footage shows the individuals arriving on electric scooters in front of several shops in Shuto Orizari, dousing the storefronts with liquid, setting them ablaze, and immediately fleeing the scene.
The fire was reported at 3:20 a.m. Friday. More than 20 shops containing textiles and other merchandise were destroyed in the blaze at a shopping center in Shuto Orizari.
