An interior ministry employee took a hand grenade and more than 60 bullets at a holiday home, the ministry said Monday.
During a weekend search of a second house owned by the suspect, law enforcement officers found a hand grenade and 62 maneuver bullets, 7.62x39mm caliber, which he said had been kept by the first suspect.
After the measures were taken, it was established that the first person, employed in the Ministry of Interior as a material and equipment operator, illegally appropriated the above items.
In both cases criminal charges were brought against two persons from Skopje and Negotino, one of whom is an employee of the Ministry of Interior.
