Bojan Jovanovski – Boki 13, who is detention, is being sued by the private clinic Acibadem Sistina for unpaid 19,313 euros for gastric tightening surgery. The main hearing was due to start at the Skopje 2 Civil Court today, but the lawyer revoked his power of attorney, had said no contact with detained Jovanovski, and the trial was adjourned until December.
Judge Liljana Zafirovska-Petreska said that she would send Jovanovski an invitation to the Shutka prison for the next hearing, since she planned to start this civil hearing.
Boki received the invoice from Acibadem Sistina back in April but did not pay it. Except for gastric surgery, the total amount, according to the clinic, included the treatment and services the defendant received there.
The founder and chairman of the Acibadem Sistina Board of Directors is Orce Kamchev, who reported Jovanovski and Katica Janeva that they had seized 1.5m euros from him, with which the prosecution of organized crime and corruption filed charges.
