Court approves “Racket” indictment – Janeva, Jovanovski and Milevski are going to trial

The Evaluation Chamber of the Skopje Basic Criminal Court’s indictment rejected the suspects’ complaints in the “Racket” case in relation to the BPPO’s act.

The court says that after the indictment is filed a criminal case will be referred for further action and the parties and the public will be notified of the main public hearing.

This means that the trial of the suspects in the “’Racket” case, Katica Janeva, Bojan Jovanovski and Zoran Milevski is starting.
