Judges and prosecutors will be part of the 2020 Annual Plan for Monitoring Property and Conflicts of Interest, the SCPC’s State Commission for the Prevention of Corruption said today.
The State Commission informs that despite the legal obligation to adopt an Annual Plan for the next year for monitoring of assets and conflicts of interest, and based on the analysis and assessment of corruption risks in certain areas, it has found that there is a basis for the preparation of the National Strategy for Prevention of Corruption and conflicts of interest.
The annual plan, according to the Anticorruption Commission, will be determined and implemented based on the legal competences and in accordance with the available human and material-technical capacities of the commission.
