Health officials on Friday, based on analysis and statistics on the situation with the coronavirus, will discuss whether and when it is possible to hold elections, as well as whether there is room for easing protection measures from next week, announced Health Minister Venko Filipce.

He said it was too early to say when the election might take place, but announced that talks would be held tomorrow on whether there were conditions for holding elections, as well as for possible easing of measures.

The health minister said the number of patients with coronavirus symptoms was declining, which was the reason for the decrease in the number of tests. However, he announces tests for possible asymptomatic people next week.
