The leaders of the two largest parties in the country Zoran Zaev and Hristijan Mickoski at yesterday’s meeting did not reach an agreement on a date for early parliamentary elections, and tonight the state of emergency ends, introduced by President Stevo Pendarovski due to the country’s epidemic.
As pointed out by Pandarovski’s office, where the meeting was held, the leaders agreed to continue negotiating on the date.
Earlier, the president said that at the meeting he would ask Zaev and Mickoski to find a solution regarding when the elections would take place.
