The SEC strongly condemned the posts of activists from one political party who called on social media for voters to cross out the word “North” on their ballot.
“It is quite clear what is a valid ballot – the one with a rounded number in front of the list holder, clearly expressed will of the voter, everything else is considered an invalid ballot and nothing else can be considered,” said Oliver Derkovski.
