As of Friday, the enforcement agents continue their regular activities after the expiration of the Decree, which provided for 30 days after the cessation of the state of emergency to continue the full implementation of the Law on Enforcement.
According to the last Decree with legal force for amending the Decree with legal force for application of the Law on Enforcement, the validity of the Decree, as they say from the Chamber, is another 30 days after the cessation of the state of emergency which ended on 23.06.2020, which means that from today the full implementation of the Law on Enforcement continues.
As of March this year, as informed by the National Bank of RSM, 229,314 transaction accounts were blocked, of which 190,183 are for individuals and 39,131 are for companies.
The total number of blocked depositors according to the published data is 106,723, of which 26,000 are companies and about 80,000 are individuals.
