VMRO-DPMNE neither accepts nor will propose a a deputy Parliament Speaker, said VMRO-DPMNE spokesperson Dimche Arsovski.
“VMRO-DPMNE has publicly stated that it neither accepts nor will nominate a deputy Parliament Speaker. There are two reasons for this step we are taking. The first is that there are so many deputy speakers and it is economically unjustified because the citizens’ money is spent, these are made up posts that only allow SDSM to trade offices with his coalition partners,” Arsovski said.
The party spokesperson also said that VMRO-DPMNE will participate in the session for election of the new government on Saturday and that it will vote against.
