he coronavirus epidemic is worsening as the pandemic is also getting worse across Europe as the summer is coming to an end, said Health Minister Venko Filipche at today’s press conference.

He said that analyzes and plans were underway to introduce new restrictions to prevent the spread of the virus.

“Our strategy is to introduce restrictions that will directly affect the suppression of the virus. The aim is to avoid restrictions on movement that would stifle the economy. But if it is necessary, we will do it. Part of the measures we are considering is the mandatory wearing of face masks outdoors, regulating the number of people in restaurants, limiting the number of people for grouping in general, strong control and penalties for family celebrations, as well as reducing the capacity of public transport. We’ve warned that September could be the start of a new autumn wave. Each of us must understand the seriousness of the situation. We all know what damage lockdown causes, and we can only prevent it if we all adhere to the restrictions. It depends on us what kind of autumn we will have,” said Filipche.
