While the epidemic is spreading and the citizens are dying, Venko Filipche became the co-owner of an entire building in near-by Kozle, Karpos Municipality, Skopje, claims VMRO-DPMNE spokesperson Naum Stoilkovski.
“Venko Filipche, along with another doctor Emilija Atanasovska from the Institute of Pharmacology of the University Clinics, on the site of a family house, built and became co-owners of an entire residential building with a total area of about 570 m2. On Atanasovska’s property, a family house with a yard in Skopje’s Kozle, Venko Filipche has listed as a co-owner, so that together they can be co-investors in the construction of an entire building. In order to hide and conceal his name, Filipche authorizes his partner to represent him in the legal communication with the municipality and the institutions during the construction. In fact, the question is whether Venko Filipche is the construction investor who finances the construction,” says Stoilkovski.
