Out of 2,464 COVID-19 tests carried out in the past 24 hours, 393 new cases were registered in Macedonia, the Health Ministry said on Saturday. Most of the new cases were registered in Skopje-189 and Tetovo-27, as well as Kumanovo-14, Debar-2, Shtip-13, Prilep-19, Tetovo-27, Struga-7, Veles-12, Bitola-9, Ohrid-5, Kavadarci-8, Gostivar-6, Gevgelija-15, Strumica-15, Kriva Palanka-4, Radovish-10, Krushevo-1, Kochani-13, Probishtip-3, Makedonski Brod-2, Pehchevo-2, Berovo-3, Valandovo-1, Delchevo-3, Kratovo-1, Sveti Nikole-2, Kichevo-6, Resen-1.
The Public Health Institute registered 90 recovered patients from all over the country, the press release read.
Four coronavirus patients passed away, from Skopje (aged 83), Kumanovo (62), Kichevo (80) and Radovish (54).
Since the onset of the epidemic, the country has registered 20,555 confirmed coronavirus cases, while 16,099 patients have recovered. Death toll has reached 785.At the moment, there are 3,671 active cases across the country.
